Backgrounds / Mounting
Aluminum with Returns
Channel letters are mounted onto an aluminum box, which is then mounted onto the wall. Using a backer panel can reduce holes put in the structure, streamline installation, and allow for electrical components to be kept outside the building instead of inside the wall.
Infill
Letters are cut out of aluminum so that plastic letters can be pushed into the holes filling the space.
This creates a dimensional look lighting up the face of the plastic, while giving an ambient glow around the letter.
Raceway
Letters are mounted to an aluminum box running along the backside of the sign.
The box is then affixed to the wall allowing for less holes to be drilled in the structure.
Lighting
Backlit
LED modules are placed inside of the letter cabinet making the sign glow from behind the face, within the cabinet. Faces are made of translucent plastic and decorated with printed, or vinyl graphics to achieve your desired appearance.
Halo
LEDs are affixed to the back of the letter cabinet in a manner that allows the light to reflect off the wall behind it, creating an ambient “halo” effect.
Eyebrow
Eyebrow lighting is great for keeping your letters visible when internal lighting is not possible. A bar of LED light is positioned above your sign and shines down on it like a spot light.
